The Roman Catholic Diocese of Valparaíso (Latin: Vallis Paradisi) is a diocese located in the city of Valparaíso in the Ecclesiastical province of Santiago de Chile in Chile.
History
- November 2, 1872: Established as Mission “sui iuris” of Valparaíso from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Santiago de Chile
- October 18, 1925: Promoted as Diocese of Valparaíso
